Disposa de planta baixa amb sortida directe al pati amb cuina, bany i sala d'estar i primer pis obert amb llit de matrimoni. El pati és ideal per poder pendre un esmorzar o un sopar a la fresca. Propietat de la família des de fa 40 anys, amb molta emoció, emprenc el projecte perquè esdevingui un veritable refugi de pau 5 estrelles. Ubicada en un dels paratges més privilegiats de Llançà, la Villa sorprèn amb un còctel extraordinari: sol, mar, vistes meravelloses, calma, i un entorn natural únic.

Feel at home in our refurbished village house in the center of peaceful L’Armentera. Built in 1891, traditional features blend with modern conveniences offering a comfortable, authentic Mediterranean experience. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets on the south-facing terrace with views over the rooftops to the sea. A living area with wood burning fire is perfect for playing games or streaming your favorite show. A large open plan, fully-equipped kitchen/dining room makes preparing meals a pleasure.

The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.
