Nice studio in farmhouse with private entrance and exit, parking and garden. Rurally located, with the forest within walking distance and less than 3 km from the cosy centre of Emmen. The studio is equipped with all comforts and is a great base for beautiful cycling and walking tours, a day at Wildlands or shopping in Emmen. When the weather is nice, it's lovely to spend time in your own garden, and when it's cold and bleak, the pallet stove provides wonderful warmth. In short, a great place!!

Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. Je huurt de gehele bovenwoning en deel van de onderwoning met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. The apartment is located between monumental thatched farms in old Valthe, a small village on the Hondsrug, Around Valthe, there are forests, fields, heaths, country roads, fens, burial mounds and megalithic tombs. Many cycling and hiking routes run through Valthe that give access to a widespread network through Drenthe and surrounding provinces. 1 child up to 4 years old can stay in the parents' room. On request, a crib/child's bed can be placed.
