Second-floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on-site parking for two (passenger-size) vehicles. No garage space is available. No pets and no smoking. Two queen beds. Smart TV, but no cable (guests use their own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting with a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Our office is on the 1st floor.

The Lower level has access to the back yard and patio, and also hosts the laundry room, a half bath, and a bonus living area (doesn't comfortably accommodate people over 6 ft in height due to lower ceilings).

Close to everything. CLE Airport, Baldwin Wallace, Oberlin College, Downtown Cleveland, Southpark Mall. Located near SR 71, SR 480, Ohio Turnpike, SR 83, SR 82, & SR 10. We have WiFi, Hulu Plus, and Disney channels, L-shaped desk for working, access to firepit upon request. Pets are welcome.

Charming condo close to the best Northeast Ohio has to offer! 40 minutes from Cedar Point and downtown Cleveland, and less than 10 miles from Oberlin College. Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet/paint replaced but some have stated stale smell is bothersome. If sensitive please be advised.
