This lovely house offers a peaceful place to stay just minutes from Pühajärve beach and Otepää. Perfect for families or small groups. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a large and comfortable double bed, and 2 smaller beds for extra guests. The cozy living space and fully furnished kitchen ensure everything you need for a comfortable stay. Downstairs also has a nice wood-burning sauna. Enjoy the beautiful lake view, nearby hiking trails, swimming holes, and ski resorts.

On the first floor we have open living room with kitchen and soapstone fireplace. There is also 1 bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom, sauna and toilet. On second floor we have 4 bedrooms with 9 beds, bathroom with toilet and storage room. House is very suitable for athletes, locating near by Tehvandi Stadium.

The house is close to the Tehvandi stadium, city center, forest, great views, restaurants and dining. Its closeness to the skiing tracks and of the disc golf park makes it a great place for people who love sports! It being next to the forest and near lakes also gives a nice relaxation oportunity . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

We are located next to the former well-known Sentanta pub, 15 minutes walk from Pühajärve beach and Puhajarve Spa & Holiday Resort 2.9 km from Otepää center and stadium. We can help you with transport, by agreement we can also provide a ride from the Palupera railway station. Private swimming spot nearby (100m) The house has a wood-burning sauna, use by arrangement (extra fee)

Markuse resthouse is peaceful place where you can really take your time off. It's a little house in the forrest with a wide terrace and a little pond. House is equipped with electrical heaters, but be ready to heat fireplace when its needed.
