It is quietly located in the hilltop village of Schanze (720 m above sea level) on the Rothaarsteig in the middle of a wooded hiking area. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet who want to relax in beautiful nature, as well as for hikers and mountain bikers. In winter, skiing (ski lifts in Schmallenberg and Winterberg), cross-country skiing and sledding are possible. Our horses convey country life.

Dazu viele Ausflugsziele in der nähe . Dazu gehören Fort Fun , Panoramapark, Hennesee 10min , Möhnesee ca 45min, Sorpesee ca 30min,Gleitschirm und Drachenfliegen fast am Haus. Cozy apartment since September 2017 in a very quietly located former farmhouse on the edge of the forest. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, you will not find it here. However, if you want to switch off and are looking for relaxation, you have come to the right place. Certified by the DTV with 3 stars. If desired, the refrigerator (for a fee) can be filled. In the garden there is a spacious garden house, which we also make available to our guests by arrangement.

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Outdoor fans, take note! On our farm we have just the thing for you: A cozy wooden car with a loft bed (1.40 m) and sofa bed (1.20 m) and a shepherd's wagon with a large lying area (2 m x 2.20 m). There is also a shower house with toilet in the meadow. Our ducks and pigs live right next door. There is electricity. Wi-Fi is available in the farmhouse 150 meters away. There you can use a kitchen. Breakfast basket (also vegetarian) can be booked for €9/person

Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.
