It consists of a living room with dining area and small balcony, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, children's room with two single beds, hallway with stairs and a daylight bathroom with shower. Living room with flat-screen TV, stereo system with CD player, USB, Bluetooth. Modern kitchen: 4-burner ceramic stovetop, convection oven, fridge with small freezer compartment.

The apartment (about 42 square meters) has a balcony that offers magnificent views over the mountains. It is quietly located in the hilltop village of Schanze (720 m above sea level) on the Rothaarsteig in the middle of a wooded hiking area. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet who want to relax in beautiful nature, as well as for hikers and mountain bikers. In winter, skiing (ski lifts in Schmallenberg and Winterberg), cross-country skiing and sledding are possible. Our horses convey country life.

In the summer, the outdoor terrace (garden furniture ,charcoal grill ) offers time to relax, or just enjoy the beautiful view. In the village there is the South Tyrolean bakery house with excellent baked goods, as well as the paragliding school Papillon
