The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße. Der Bahnhof Langenmoor ist 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Man erreicht Hamburg mit der Bahn innerhalb einer halben Stunde. Man kann sein Auto direkt vor der Haustür parken. Es ist sehr gut für Monteure geeignet, da es vier Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer hat. Wlan, Terrasse, Fernseher mit MagnetTV und überdachter Raucherraum sind vorhanden.

If you feel like taking a canoe tour, our canoe is at your disposal, because opposite our cottage there is a canal on which you can drive around a little between meadows and fields.

Our studio apartment is a self-contained apartment with a separate entrance. We also live in the detached house and have a toddler. It can therefore sometimes lead to shouting. Earplugs are available for you. We are here to help if you have any questions or suggestions.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Barmstedt city center, where there are supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and other shops. A swimming pool and a swimming lake are also within walking distance. The apartment is located on the first floor and is barrier-free. The apartment itself was refurbished and renovated in 2022. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, walk-in shower, sink and mirror.
