Our apartment is located outside the city center. On foot you can reach it in about 20 minutes along the idyllic Fleth to the harbor, the jetty, the dike or the market square.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Take a look into the timeless retro charm of our cottage on the dike in Balje. The rural life, the expanses of the outdoor area as well as the large garden, where fruit trees are also to be found, invite you to slow down. From the upper floor, you can look at the Elbe with its shipping traffic to and from Hamburg. Nestled between Cuxhaven and Stade, many small places also offer for bike and motorcycle riders, beautiful routes and opportunities for shopping and lingering.

In the attic there is a beautiful 75 m² yoga room equipped with mats and meditation cushions. From Hamburg it is a 40-minute drive by car and the North Sea can also be reached in 40 minutes.
