Quiet and peaceful yet only 3 miles from all of the attractions of Holiday Valley Resort with year round activities and the village Ellicottville with great nightlife. Surrounded by nature, it's the perfect spot for relaxing after a day of adventure. Cozy up to the wood stove in winter after skiing or walk the woods in summer and toast marshmallows on the huge fire pit. *Note: outhouse and porty potty, no shower*

The cabin is a three minute drive to Hollimont Ski Club, four minutes into the town of Ellicottville, and a five minute drive to Holiday Valley Ski Club.
