It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!

The place is located in the center – peace and simplicity await you. Near the apartment there is a promenade stretching along the shore of the lake. It is a perfect place for walking and cycling. A great place for active recreation and contact with nature. There are numerous pubs and restaurants by the lake, open all year round, serving traditional Masurian dishes. The apartment is located in the Villa Park facility, right next to the promenade running along Lake Ełk. Villa Park is fenced, guarded 24/7, and monitored. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator, it is close to restaurants and the city center. The price includes a parking space in the garage. In addition, two bicycles are available to guests. Great place for remote work (fast Wi-Fi available). Great place to relax. I offer airport transfer for a fee.
