The barn has a dining room with a black kitchen, a room with a double bed, a loft with two beds and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has double shower with window to be able to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool and river. And a setting with a monumental complex made up of a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian settlement 5 minutes away. Spectacular! A country restaurant is 5 minutes away, and the town/city with all the supermarkets and restaurants is 10 minutes away!

The house has three bedrooms (two doubles and one triple) and two bathrooms. It has a fireplace, electric heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. Ideal for enjoying a few days of relaxation and adventure sports (climbing, hiking, mountain biking, canyoning, paragliding, skiing, etc.)

Can Comella is integrated into the urban fabric of the town of Gavarra, a town that in the mid-twentieth century was linked to the municipality of Coll de Nargó. Until the beginning of the last century the house was inhabited.
