This gorgeous house is located in a private gated community called Pedregal de La Paz with an amazing ocean view. The community has a tennis court and a small soccer field. The house is on a hill and it is a 3-minute car ride away from a beach called “El Caimancito”. The famous Malecon de La Paz, where you can walk by the sea and visit restaurants of all kinds, is 3.3 kms. away. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico such as Balandra and El Tecolote, are within just 20 kms.

Cozy and comfortable house, excellent location

Excellent location, where you can walk to downtown and the pier to enjoy its spectacular sunsets in 10 minutes, in addition to having a convenience store (OXXO) two blocks away and several places to eat, such as the must-visit Tacofish La Paz, to enjoy an exquisite shrimp quesadilla or a traditional fish taco. If you rent a car, you'll have the convenience of using the garage, or we'll recommend a taxi if you need it.
