Esta Casona, originalmente funcionó como fortaleza (por su ubicación privilegiada, en un alto), en la Sierra de las Animas, con unas vistas increíbles e infinitas a las Sierras y su paisaje. Posteriormente fue de particulares, nacionales y extranjeros, hasta que logró ser recomprada por la familia de origen, que le devolvió el cariño que necesitaba.
