Beautiful and comfortable apartment located just one km from the American Consulate in Cd Juarez, a private subdivision that has 24-hour security, consists of two bedrooms with two queen beds and a double sofa bed, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. One bedroom with its own 'mini-split' air-conditioning, the living room also has a 'mini-split'. There is a Superette (convenience store) located just 150 meters away (supermarket), 200 meters from Plaza Victoria (square) which features restaurants such as La Choza (Mexican food), pizzeria and Ribs House; Las Misiones (shopping mall) is some 1300 meters away.

Two story 3 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex style brick home with entrance through front rustic door. Impressive entry with a setting area to enjoy. A unique kitchenette space downstairs. Large family room with TV. All three bedroom upstairs with accommodations for 6 guest. No backyard access from bnb space. It is bright, clean, comfortable and elegant. Duplex style home, the host lives on the property. There is no shared space between the host and the guest.

Finally we Re Open after covid.! My apartment has a fantastic location. We are in a residential area, 3 blocks from the "Galerias Tec Mall" and 10 minutes from the American Consulate, 15 minutes from the International Bridge and surrounded by restaurants where you can walk to. It is located on the second floor and fully furnished. The living room has sofa . Equipped kitchenette, washing machine, dryer, desk with maps of the city, TV and Wi-Fi.
