BEACH FRONT + PANORAMIC VIEWS + INCREDIBLE POOL 30 minutes from Valencia. We are privileged to enjoy these immense views that surround the sea, the mountains, and the rice fields of the Albufera Natural Park. We fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to breakfast on the balcony watching the sun rise on the horizon. There are days when we decide to go for a walk on the beach and walk for miles where it is difficult for us to come across people.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. 30 mins from Valencia:Right on the beach

Our apartment is on a 9th floor and has a balcony that makes you feel directly at the sea. In fact the beach is just down stairs. The flat has been totally refurbished with new bathroom and shower and has been furnished in a modern style that is cozy and makes you feel at home. All kitchen units including fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine all furniture and fittings included. Parking space also available.
