Beautiful apartment with ocean views in Les Palmeretes in the Motilla area. The apartment has two spacious rooms, both with smart TV and the main one with air conditioning. Full bathroom with a large shower tray with ornament for storing soaps, gels, etc. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The house is newly renovated and has a parking space. The building does not have an elevator 300 MB WIFI
