Quiet space 25' by metro to BCN center

Comfortable suite with bathroom + living room with another single bed + work and dining area in a residential neighborhood with connection to BCN (25' by train). Ideal for relaxing , with the advantage of fast and frequent public transportation, such as the metro (fare zone 1). The space occupies the first floor of a single-family home, and we live on the lower floor. Access is via a staircase on the side of the house, passing through our garden. With a business license and all permits in order.

The apartment is an annex to a large house, which is located on a hillside high above the idyllic village of Cabrils, 30 min. by car from Barcelona along the coast. It has a large terrace with direct access to a garden with a magnificent 10 x 5 meter pool with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by natural park with beautiful hiking trails. Lola is a naturopath and a well-known therapist and author and often organizes meditation sessions and other wellness activities at home

Spacious room with seating area, kitchen and private bathroom. Downstairs and with garden. Fully self contained space with private door, attached to the house we live in. Located in a very quiet but very central residential area, just 5 minutes walk from the historic center, to visit, buy... It has everything necessary for the kitchen, in addition to washing machine, tv, sofa living, and outdoor table to enjoy the garden. If you visit the Celler del Miracle, we will give you a bottle of wine.

Oasis of tranquility. Cozy suite with separate entrance. Nice, comfortable and very clear space. Three large windows overlook a nice patio decorated with vines, jasmine and flowered plants. Bicycles can be left in the patio under the stairs leading to the suite. Perfect place to rest. Recommended to visit the old Iberian-medieval village and the bridges that characterize the municipality. Quiet neighborhood and no parking issues.
