It has a large parking space that fits a car and motorcycle (5.43m x 2.40m). The apartment is divided into a 20 m² living room-kitchen; 3 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and another with a desk, work chair and trundle bed; 2 full bathrooms with a shower and American shower; and a pantry.

Nice apartment located on the first floor without elevator, it has a room with independent bathroom and a large terrace, very central and with everything you need to enjoy a great stay and with all the necessary disinfection and cleaning measures, located 15 minutes from the town hall, the aquarium and the beach of San Lorenzo, 10 minutes from the beach of Poniente, 5 minutes from the train station and 4 minutes from the bus station. With its very comfortable quality beds and its sofa, you can stay up to 6 people and enjoy Gijón and the rest of Asturias. Fantastic newly renovated apartment. Located in front of San Lorenzo beach. In the sand neighborhood. You'll have everything you need to spend a few days. It has a living room with an integrated kitchen, with all the comforts of home The bedroom has a large bed. The apartment has high-speed WiFi. For arrivals after 10:00 PM, €10 will be charged, and €15.00 after midnight upon arrival. Consider combining with one of my apartments in Oviedo.
