Estudio Pies de Arena.

Estudio luminoso y totalmente reformado. Maravillosamente ubicado a pie de playa y con espectaculares vistas al mar, a la playa. Es el enclave perfecto para relajarte. Despertarte por la mañana y ver desde la cama el mar y escuchar las olas romper en la orilla. Su maravillosa ventana es el corazón de este estudio. Te invita a asomarte y perderte en ese mar, en ese horizonte que se abre ante tu vista. Atardeceres impresionantes que puedes disfrutar cenando cómodamente.

Appartement front de mer de 100 m2 avec 2 grandes chambres à coucher. Refait à neuf. Très fonctionnel et agréable. 4 eme étage avec ascenseur. Face à la plage aménagée avec restaurants, transat et paillote. En plein centre ville, à 3 min de la gare routière et du tram vers l'aéroport (35 mn, 3€) et le centre de Malaga (45 mn, 3,5 €). Situado en Calahonda (Mijas), a escasos 15 minutos en coche Marbella y Puerto Banús, y junto al centro comercial El Zoco, en una zona completamente dotada de restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas, bancos, farmacia, ...
