Lamar is a house which was finished renovating in Sept 2022. From an old fisherman's house we have created two completely independent houses on the sea. The house in question has three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a service bathroom and three terraces, located a few meters from the sea, one of which is covered. On the ground floor terrace there is a small but beautiful marble jacuzzi/pool. On the second floor terrace there is an outdoor shower overlooking the sunset.

Apartment located on the 2nd floor of the house. Access via an independent external staircase. Bedroom + Living room + Kitchenette + Bar + Private bathroom (shower) + Balcony + Roof Top Access Sexual relations, whether paid or unpaid, with young Cubans are strictly prohibited in Villa Samantha. Guests are not allowed in the house day or night. The home is for Airbnb tenants only. Exceptional views and access to the nearby sea (30 meters).
