20 m2 refurbished studio with south balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower and 2 double beds, in the heart of the dynamic 15th arrondissement, 10 minutes' walk to the Eiffel Tower and a few meters from the metro: our family studio is part of a 70s building, built by our paternal grandfather! INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ...
