The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. There are several MTB routes, a golf course and various hiking and biking routes. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, kitchen, utility room and spacious garden.

Het appartement is verrassend ruim (70m2) en biedt plaats aan maximaal 5 pers. Since the cottage is on a cozy campsite (De Lente van Drenthe), there are many amenities just around the corner.
