A cozy cottage with lots of space in and outside the house. A cozy living room where you can read a book or watch TV. A spacious bright kitchen overlooking the garden where you can keep an eye on your child! And where there is enough space to cook extensively. With the open spiral staircase (stairs may be difficult to enter for people with walking difficulties!) you go to the first floor and see two beautiful and cozy bedrooms. In 1 bedroom there is a double bed, and the other bedroom has 2 single beds that can of course be changed into a double bed. Downstairs next to the toilet and bathroom is a bedroom with a single bed. In short, plenty of space in this beautiful house! Possibility to rent bicycles. 10 euros per bike per day.

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.
