One bedroom self contained apartment in the owners house. The apartment has its own private self contained entrance through the owners garden. It is spacious, fully fitted kitchen, microwave, air fryer and well stocked with crockery and utensils. It has a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. Delightful detached coach house in over 100 acres of conservation parkland. Beautiful views situated next to a castle folly built in 1770. Very rural setting with private bedrooms in separate annexe building overlooking pond and fields. Easy parking right outside the coach house front door. At end of a private road and only 3 miles from Northampton Town centre. Close to village pubs, lots of lovely walks from our door, parks and country park reservoir.

A listed (Grade 2) three hundred years old stone farmhouse, our beloved family home for over fifty years. It is in the old part of the village in a half acre garden. 1 hour or less from London, Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford and many stately homes. Ideal for family gatherings, friends' re-unions and for wedding guests. The Space The house is our family home used by us. We reserve four or five weeks a year for our children, grandchildren and friends.

Large bright and airy room in 1930ies semi-detached house. King bed, overlooks private garden filled with mature trees. Bathroom includes electric shower cubicle. Gas central heating, double glazed. The house is unsuitable for children of any age.

The studio is totally self contained so you can come and go as you please. Very quiet, private and has a South facing balcony overlooking the garden. There is wi-fi, unrestricted parking on the street immediately outside the property. It has a shower. A small dog is welcome to stay and use the garden and there will be £30 charge, payable directly. An oven & microwave are available. It is suitable for 2 adults over 18 years of age.
