Petit Puntos is a detached cottage with optional heated plunge pool set within its own private grounds on the edge of a quiet Gascogne village in Gers. The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

In the upper Laredo, 1.5 km from La Salvé beach (4 km long) and 800 m from the historic center. There is a shortcut to go down to the village in 10 minutes. The cabin is 35 meters and is fully equipped with a convertible trundle bed of 160 x 200 and in the loft (whose maximum height is 1.55) has a bed of 150 x200. It has a steep staircase to access the loft. The residential development has a closed community garden. It has tables and chairs for eating and dining outside. There is no WiFi.

This building has been converted into a modern and very bright ground floor dwelling. A large bay window opens onto the terrace facing the Pyrenees massif and the Gascony countryside. Rustic Annex sleeps 1 to 2 people ( Dogs are welcome ). The apartment has small fridge and gas hob as we are off grid there is (no microwave, )and small eating area and sofa , separate bedroom room with large super king bed ,bathroom with shower , outside sitting area and a gas bbq ,, Ten minutes to the beautiful fishing village of L'Ametlla De Mar. (Please note the public road to house is tarmac with few bumps due to tree roots . )
