Superb studio in a perfect location and fully equipped. It has a balcony ideal for the view, breakfast facing the lake. It has everything you need for cooking. At your disposal you have wood and all the amenities you can need, parking at 30m, buble bath, Internet, sound bose, Canal+, canalsat, very well furnished kitchen. The house is plenty of light all day long, very confortable and warm.
