Originally built for the workers of Eastleigh Railway, it has housed generations of railway workers since it was built in 1903. Quirky Victorian three bedroom terraced house.

Perfectly located for trips to Winchester ( 20 mins train journey), Southampton Airport, Portsmouth, Salisbury , Isle of Wight, Bath London etc... this interesting victorian terraced accommodation which combines nostalgia and the modern world under the same roof. Kitchen, dining room , living room...a small cloakroom downstairs..a bathroom upstairs and two double bedrooms. Outside the property has 3 nice patio areas..... one for coffee in the morning and the others for sun and outdoor dining

This bright and airy space is well presented and furnished. It is a 7 minute walk to the train station and a 6 minute drive to the airport. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. The flat itself is on the first floor in a small block of very considerate neighbours. There are no lifts in the block. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen for you to cook up a storm, or Eastleigh town centre is a 5 minute walk away with a delicious range of restaurants and takeaways.

This light and airy open plan, ground floor apartment is a newly converted, completely self-contained extension of our home and therefore provides accommodation with no household mixing. Ideal in these strange COVID times. It has a kitchen/diner lounge area, a shower room, bedroom and parking, ideally suited for a very comfortable stay where you can cater all meals for yourself. It is conveniently located mid way between Winchester and Southampton, just a few minutes from the M3/M27.
