Located in the heart of East Nashville, our spacious basement apartment is a true owner occupied space. Built in 1905, we have lived in this house for the past 20 years. We are a few blocks away from great spots like Lipstick Lounge, Lockeland Table, 5 Points and Urban Cowboy. Located 2 miles from Broadway, you'll be a 10-15 minute ride away from all the major attractions!

My remodeled 1945 home in South Inglewood (East Nash) is the perfect size for 1-2 people. The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. Its style is cozy, comfortable and relaxed, light and airy. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.
