Enjoy your stay in this spacious and quiet 75 sqm home. It is located on the 3rd floor with a good view. However, you have to use the stairs. Balcony. Only 9 minutes by car to the city center. 3 minutes walk to Discount 365 or 4 minutes to Lidl. Good bus connections. Parking is free 24 hours a day and there is plenty of space. Space for extra bedding on the sofa, if necessary. Large kitchen with everything you need, should you want to cook your own food. Quiet bedroom and surroundings.

Cosy apartment

Cosy apartment in Aarhus. 3 bedrooms with a double bed in all 3. Bathroom with shower, my favorite room, treat it with love . There is a balcony to enjoy the morning coffee and sun. Privat apartment full of art, design and love. I live here, so my things is here, when you live here. I prefer to have a couples, families and colleagues, but you are welcome. Beautiful newly renovated holiday apartment located in the basement level. The apartment is equipped with 2 box mattresses and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed There is a new kitchen and bathroom. Close to forest and nature. Walking distance to supermarket (Rema 1000). Large playground available a few meters from the house (Skåde School). Beautiful viewpoint at Kattehøj hill, which is a 10-minute walk from the house.

Bed linens must be brought. Bed linen can be rented for 50 DKK or 7.00 EUR per person. Toilet paper and towels are available upon arrival. Cleaning can be purchased on site for 300.00 DKK or 40.00 EUR. There is fast wifi and there is free parking right by the door on the street 24 hours, you should not take care of it says 2 hours on the P sign. This 80 m2 beautiful apartment is located in an oasis, in the middle of agricultural land, with rich bird and animal life. When the sun goes down, there is ample opportunity to study the night sky.
