New summer house in absolutely 1st row and own beach at the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to the lovely large loft. The house is air conditioned and has a wood-burning stove. The annex contains a room with a double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcoves.

The beautiful Faxe bay and Noret just outside the house set the framework for an absolutely wonderful place. The house was chosen as the winner of the programme Denmark's most beautiful summer house on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m. ceilings, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for families with 2-3 children. All year round you can bathe in the "Swedish hole" ml. Roneklint and the small island Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walking – and cycling trips.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the water's edge with lovely panoramic views of the Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern fixtures. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: Playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking not allowed. The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

A charming cottage of 123 square meters that was completely modernized and remodeled in 2016. Appear bright and friendly. Three different shower facilities, one of which is outside the home, which is great when you have been out in the sea and swimming. Located in secluded nature by the sea. The view of the large meadow that is an extension of the garden often allows for seeing deer, pheasants, and more. There are good shopping opportunities in the area including gourmet restaurants.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
