This large apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of which overlooks a very quiet inner courtyard. It can accommodate up to 4 people in its 2 large double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. Above a bakery and a few steps from the town centre and shops. Royatonic and the thermal baths of Royat can be reached in 10 minutes on foot through a pretty park. The bus takes you to the center of Clermont in 15 minutes. Warning: 2nd floor without lift. Irregular steps.

Nice studio on Royat

We are renting out a superb 33 m² studio, located in a quiet area. Fully furnished and newly equipped. Ideally located: close to the city center (10 min by bus), and also close to several hiking trails, 11 min drive to Puy de Dôme and 7 min to an Intermarché. We provide linens, free access to the studio thanks to a key box (code provided by SMS). The little extra! We have four cats, rather sociable, watch out for allergies! Clélie and Gaëtan.

Well located, functional and well arranged, it's a guaranteed favorite. Ideal for business trips or relaxation, couples or solo. Our 45 m2 is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, at the end of the hallway. This apartment is very bright, newly equipped and carefully decorated. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and a large 2.8 m desk. You will also have a private parking space behind the residence as well as a large terrace.
