The single-storey house comprises a kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms, shower room and separate toilet, semi-sheltered terrace and private parking. The house is located 10 min drive to the historic center of Bergerac and the airport, 2 to 5 min drive to the shopping area (Leclerc, various restaurants, shops, pharmacy), bowling, laser play, karting.

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.
