Cuenta con dos habitaciones, un baño con todos los servicios, boiler solar y de gas, smart TV, wifi, cocineta completa, lavadora y cochera techada compartida con portón eléctrico. Puede ocuparse de 1 a 4 personas. Excelente ubicación; hospital a 5 min, central camionera y plaza comercial a 10 min, centro histórico a 20 min, Oxxo, farmacia y transporte público a una cuadra. AMBIENTE 💯% familiar. Zona tranquila y prestigiada excelente para descansar.

40 year-old modern house beautifully restored. Interesting architecture/original wooden details throughout the place. Attention to decor/comfort. House meticulously cleaned Security cameras located outside the property and in the back yard. Car rental recommended House is 10 min. to the center of the city. Comfortable room with two twin beds and it's own bathroom. The house is in a centric location on a quiet street just about 20 minutes by walk to downtown, and five minutes away by car from the main square of the city and 10 minutes by walk from Paseo Durango, the main commercial zone in Durango.

A tranquil outdoor space features a well-maintained garden with green grass and neatly trimmed hedges. Potted plants are scattered around, and a stone walkway leads to the entrance of the house, where a small seating area is visible. A fountain adds a serene touch to the setting.

We're located on the central part of Durango, 20 minutes by walk away from downtown. The neighborhood is a quiet place. Schools, drugstores, 24hrs.SuperMkt's, hospitals, churches, gyms, hotels, restaurants, malls, cinema, everything very close to us.
