Nestled into woodland, this stone cottage is a cozy peaceful retreat. You'll be accompanied by the sounds of the huge array of birdlife, and at night the stars are crystal clear. The cottage is detached and has its own garden. When in season help yourselves to the surrounding fruit and berries, and we’ll get you off to a start in the self catering kitchen with some of our own hen or duck’s eggs. Ancient Castle above the River Tweed

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

The Bothy

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.

Garden Cottage is a Grade B listed cottage, stone built around 200 years ago, with views over the restored Victorian glasshouse and orchards at the bottom of our gardens. The beamed bedrooms upstairs complement a spacious and light ground floor that has access to private front and back gardens, with sitting out paved areas in each. The cottage is fully furnished and is in a quiet and out of way location, surrounded by fields and woodlands.
