Views south to the Cheviot Hills and westwards to the Lammermuir Hills .Conveniently situated on the edge of the small town of Duns with shops restaurants and good amenities . Comfortably furnished with light roomy public rooms, big kitchen, two open fires, three bedrooms three bathrooms utility room and cloakroom.
