Acton Village is a beautifully quiet place, 1 mile from Poyntzpass, 10 min's to Banbridge /Newry. Banbridge has loads of restaurants/bars, and the Outlet. Newry town has 2 shopping centers, and restaurants to suit everyone. Belfast is 30min and includes attractions such as the Titanic Quarter and the famous Crumlin Rd Gaol. In the local area has Tannyoky Guns and Ammo this is a site for clay pigeon shooting. Beautiful local country walks on your doorstop. Perfect for nature lovers.

Kingfisher’s Glamping Cabin

Why not put the World on hold for a couple of nights & re-emerge yourself in Nature by the waters edge. Listen to late evening call of the rare “Little Grebe” which also calls our lake Home & be woken gently by the unique sounds of the Swans 🦢 and Mandarin Ducks 🦆 as they welcome in the new day sunrise 🌅 If you're up early enough and completely quiet you may be lucky to spot our family of Otters who appear regularly for their morning breakfast.

Derrycaw Cottage

Our cottage is situated on approx 7 acres of land with plenty of wide open space. All of the rooms are spacious and light. We have 2 recreational rooms, the lounge has a real log burning fire with plenty of logs and our dining room has sky lights and a large flat tv. The cottage is situated at the bottom of a long and private drive with parking for 10-12cars. Just 5 minutes drive to the motorway and local amenities. Sorry but we don't allow pets.
