Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.

A beautifully renovated warm character home just a few easy minutes walk to St Clair beach, surfing, cafes, bars, restaurants and Hot salt water pool (1st Oct-31st March). Self contained, well stocked studio adjoining our home with your own entrance, spacious large lounge with desk and TV (Netflix etc), bedroom (Queen bed), ensuite bathroom, full kitchen (fridge with small freezer, stove top and kitchen equipment. Cooking oils etc, as well as tea & coffee are supplied). Bus stops close by.
