The Dairy is a delightful cosy ground floor annexe to our 17th Century Thatched Cottage. It has private access with its own outdoor south facing seating area and view of the orchard and garden. The Dairy consists of one double bed bedroom that sleeps 2 guests, shower room and separate lounge area with Wi-Fi, TV and Tea / coffee facilities. The bright lounge area also has access to the main house. The annexe has recently been tastefully refurbished as part of renovations to the main house

Pear Tree Cottage is a bright, south-facing recently renovated detached former barn located in the heart of the friendly village of Barby. Barby is a rural village just 5 minutes from Rugby, 25 minutes from Leamington Spa and with good access to the M1, M6 and A14. Pear Tree Cottage is a separate annex set across a courtyard from our family home. Both properties benefit from being setback from the road and surrounded by well-kept gardens and mature trees offering peace and privacy.

The barn is surrounded by 27 acres of fields which border the Oxford Canal. Oak Barn is 2 storey and has 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite, lounge/diner, kitchen and downstairs toilet. At the rear is a private patio area with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy views over the surrounding fields.

It provides a convenient base for visiting Stratford, Warwick, Silverstone and the Midlands in general.
