The Cottage Small but Nice

Our small holiday home "House Small but Fine” is right in the center of the village so many provisions are within 150 meters such as: playground, Kulturház, post office and a supermarket. The Danube is located at a little 750 meters from the cottage. Deliciously central and equipped with every comfort! The “House Small but Fine” has been completely renovated and is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child. We have tried to create an atmospheric ambiance what we think we have succeeded in!

KisKas - eco riparian foresthouse

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

A perfect, peaceful retreat for the two of you, real relaxation awaits in the spacious spaces of the house and the sumptuous panorama. The surrounding forest and settlements have many possibilities, depending on how you would like to spend your time. Hiking, wine tasting or a sightseeing? It's up to you!
