Meadow View in Lower Penn sits in the South Staffordshire countryside, located in a quiet country lane, with private entrance. Downstairs it has it's own bathroom, shower and loo. Upstairs our annex offers comfortable sleeping with king size bed and lovely views across the meadow with sink and food preparation area. Private parking for 2 vehicles. The Greyhound Inn has an excellent menu and real ales, and is only a 5 minute walk away. We have many other local food outlets who deliver.

A 3-minute drive away from the Tipton train station and 15mins from the Wolverhampton station. Excellent public transport links.
