The apartment is newly renovated, spacious and consists of two bedrooms. The apartment benefits from a lovely terrace for guests sole use which is a relative rarity in Dubrovnik. Within the garden our guests can use the garden tables for some al fresco dining, a garden swing, hammock and BBQ. This brand new fully equipped apartment is ideal for couples or family of four. It is situated in the center of Dubrovnik, close to Dubrovnik Cable car and Old Town Entrance - Buža, but in very quite and sunny neighborhood. This lovely apartment is located only 5minutes walking distance from Old town and 10 minutes walk from most popular beach in Dubrovnik Banje. Numerous restoraunts, bars, groceries, pharmacies are 5minutes walk. Bus station for Cavtat is in front of it.

Enjoy your Dubrovnik stay in this lovely brand new apartment named after the old well which was made in this location in 18th century and was important source of water for the house, even for the neighborhood. In towns like Dubrovnik, which used to even be under sieges for period of time, water was essential resource. It was used for drinking, cooking, washing dishes, for animals. Seaside apartment with a lovely view

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

Located in the inner part of Zavalatica Bay, right by the sea, this in an excellent choice for up to six people. If a pier perfect for jumping and snorkeling around is not enough, many more private wild beaches can be accessed by car in 5 minutes. Supermarket and a restaurant also 50m away. Whether you like to be as active as possibble or take it easy and enjoy the terrace views, this appartment is perfect for you.
