Also you are only 10minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the bike trail which will take you all the way out along the coast to the seaside village of Howth. Enjoy your stay in our fully renovated house located within walking distance from the city centre. We put a lot of love and care into our small house and still use it sometimes when we are in town. When we are not in town, guest are more than welcome to stay. It's perfect for a couple that wants extra space; downstairs there's a living room, kitchen/dining and a half bathroom, and upstairs the bedroom, landing area and full bathroom with shower and tub. With all supplies needed of course.

Botanic Avenue is convenient for Dublin adventures with 6 beds and 6 bedrooms. Perfect for groups of friends and families. This house is used by young working professionals during the academic year and is the ideal location for concert goers and tourists, with a 10-minute walk to Croke Park. Parking spot just outside front door. Bus routes are fantastic and within walking distance of many popular restaurants. A stone's throw from Griffith Park with a children’s playground and a coffee hut.
