Living Area Open to kitchen. Solid limed oak paraquet flooring. U shaped modular sofa designed especially for the space with movable footstool for serious lounging. Private, sheltered, timber decked courtyard with lounge type garden furniture and barbecue. Main Bedroom Spacious and elegant, with double height ceiling and stairs to private mezzanine. Double bed with high quality mattress, goose down duvet and pillows ( if you have allergies let me know I can change these) and top quality bedding. The room is beautiful at night with an attractive layering of designer lighting ( hotel style double switching from the bed) Limestone flooring and welcome underfloor heating. Limited visitor storage on the mezzanine upstairs. Ensuite bathroom Small but perfectly formed wet room with good shower. Second Bedroom Small, but bright and cozy (My friend described the experience of sleeping there as 'sleeping in a cloud') Double bed with high quality mattress and bedding. Underfloor heating, limestone floor. Lots of storage, and hanging space. There is an option to make the sofa in the living area into a single bed if guests would rather have their own sleeping space. Main bathroom With a very attractive green marble floor and brass fittings, a full bath and good shower. Extras *Fresh flowers *Towels, hand towels and bath mats are provided. *Luxury shower gel and hand soap provided in both bathrooms. *Collection of travel books relevant to the area. *A full extensive Victoria Terrace brochure produced just for you! Giving you everything you need to know on the house, the local area, and Dublin City and county. A PDF of this will be emailed to you prior your arrival. *Basic food parcel with local specialties. Entire house and garden Myself or my parents will be there to welcome you and show you around the house. If there's any issues one of us will be only a few minutes away. The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. Perfectly located in a quiet street beside the Dundrum Luas station (pleasant 13 min journey on LUAS light rail to centre of Dublin (St Stephens Green), trains every 3-5 mins. 7 min walk to the Pembroke District restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city at the award winning Dundrum Town Centre. Fancy a yoga class during your visit?...I teach in the studio next door. There's guest yoga mats in the house, and I'll get you a discount if you'd like to join my class. newly refurbished bright spacious, modern and clean apartment with a 70 inches large tv, cosy spacious living room, balconies facing the river, located in a secured quiet building complex near the city centre, at proximity of many touristic attractions, bars, shops and restaurants …. 15 min walk to O' Connell street, 10 min walk to the botanical garden, Croke park stadium. There are many busses to O' Connell street. Bus stop is 2 min walk. Tesco supermarket is just 3 min walk away. Free parking.

Everything in the house has been curated by me and it is filled with love. Also you are only 10minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the bike trail which will take you all the way out along the coast to the seaside village of Howth. Cute and Cozy City Centre House

Enjoy your stay in our fully renovated house located within walking distance from the city centre. We put a lot of love and care into our small house and still use it sometimes when we are in town. When we are not in town, guest are more than welcome to stay. It's perfect for a couple that wants extra space; downstairs there's a living room, kitchen/dining and a half bathroom, and upstairs the bedroom, landing area and full bathroom with shower and tub. With all supplies needed of course.

This is a bright terraced red brick home. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with many amenities close by including coffee shops, pubs, Fairview Park and the seafront in Clontarf. Croke Park is under 10 mins walk away. Dublin city centre is about 25 mins walk away or 10 mins on the bus. Numerous bus routes are only 3/4 mins from the house. The dart train station in Clontarf is also only 10 minutes away. Paid parking on the street - limited number of permits can be provided.
