Monkstown is a 10 min stroll along the lovely seaside prom. Dun Laoighre is 15 mins walk to its marina and many sailing clubs. 3 mins walk to the Dart station to access Dublin city centre with its famous museums and art galleries or a use a public bus number 4, 7, 7A.

This is a bright terraced red brick home. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with many amenities close by including coffee shops, pubs, Fairview Park and the seafront in Clontarf. Croke Park is under 10 mins walk away. Dublin city centre is about 25 mins walk away or 10 mins on the bus. Numerous bus routes are only 3/4 mins from the house. The dart train station in Clontarf is also only 10 minutes away. Paid parking on the street - limited number of permits can be provided.
