A small private garden and the château park are at your disposal (children's games, boules court, green spaces, etc.) The two-storey house has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room on the ground floor, and two small bedrooms and a shower room with a toilet on the first floor. Country house in a quiet environment, the Mauvielle cottage, completely renovated, can accommodate up to 12 people. Its location is ideal for visiting Auch, Montauban, the medieval village of Sarrant and the surrounding villages renowned for their market hall. The house has a swimming pool (10x5 m), a shaded terrace and a wooded park. Hiking trails are accessible. The owners live right next door but the layout of the houses offers complete privacy.

75 m2 2-bedroom cottage, in the commune of Burgaud, 30 km from Toulouse in the countryside on an estate of 11 hectares. You can walk in our forest, fish in our two ponds (no kill), enjoy the many hiking trails in the area and taste the excellent local cuisine. We are half an hour from Toulouse which will allow you to visit the Pink City while enjoying the calm of the countryside. In Le Burgaud there is an "Animaparc" amusement park.

For the lucky ones, on a clear day, you will have the chance to see the Pyrenees and at night you can fall asleep admiring the starry sky. Enclosed outdoor space of about 60 m2, not overlooked. We rent the ground floor (80 m2). The unfurnished floor remains unoccupied and private.
