In addition to the combined living/sleeping room with a bed (140 cm wide) and a sofa, you have a second bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed, as well as a single bed (80 cm wide) in the bed box. So you don't have to go without a family bed, even when you're on holiday. Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen, a functional bathtub and a cozy balcony to the courtyard with a gas grill are available.

Next to the Pfunds Molkerei attraction and the stop for city tours right in front of the house. From the apartment, Dresden is easily explored on foot. Or you can rent a bike and enjoy the countryside and the many restaurants and beer gardens in the Elbe meadows. If you are arriving by car, we have a free and safe underground parking space for you!

This is our small quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the rear building of an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
