My place is close to the historic old town center. The Alaunpark is just opposite and offers a beautiful view. Art and culture are within walking distance. You'll love my place because of the versatile neighborhood, the numerous cafes, restaurants and the artistically designed backyards. My place is nice for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Pets are also welcome by prior arrangement.
