Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

Historic Cottage for nature lovers

Our little bakery originally dates back to the 17th century and belonged to a large Lower Saxony farm, which unfortunately no longer exists. Jutta acquired the house a good 20 years ago and made it into a small oasis with a lot of love for detail. Located in a village of 1000 inhabitants with a village store, bank and gas station, you can find peace and relaxation under the huge oak trees. Expanded bike paths invite you to cycle. The rural environment offers plenty of nature.

Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

The cozy room is a quietly located apartment in the center of Twistringen. Separate entrance to the apartment, parking is available right in front of the house. An oven, microwave, stovetop and small dishwasher are provided. Shopping and restaurants are about 300 m away, the train station is a 10-minute walk. Two single beds and a pull-out sofa suitable for up to 3 people. Lovingly prepared at the end of 2024.

Circus wagon on the alpaca pasture - pure relaxation!

At Alpakahof Strange, we live with many animals on an old farmstead from 1848. The Lower Saxony hall house is still in its original condition in some parts and exudes the charm of a long-gone rural tradition. In the pasture behind the farmhouse stands the spacious circus wagon. The wagon shares the pasture with our llamas and alpacas, who graze and rest there during the day. Pure relaxation!
