Great located cottage from 2011 with a large flat nature plot and unobtrusive outdoor space. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Effective floor plan- entrance hall, bathroom, 3 sleeps and open living/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entry December 2024. Mounted heating pump 2025. Act with animals by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of large birds hunting.

Our little gem on the "heia" is a classic simple Norwegian cabin! Here's what you need: Good beds, fully equipped kitchen, indoor toilet, shower, movies, radio with Bluetooth and games - and lots of charm and fun! On-board electricity, no water. The water can be found in the well right next door. The area has many marked hiking trails, ski slopes in winter, as well as lakes for swimming, fishing and boating enthusiasts. 5 min drive to Kyrkjebygdheia Ski Centre, 40 min to Vrådal Ski Centre. 20 min to 24-hour grocery store.

The cabin is located about 2.5 hours from Oslo, about 1h and 45min from Kristiansand Zoo, 30 minutes from Kragerø and 45 minutes from Porsgrunn. The house sleeps 4 people. The second cabin has 4 beds and a couch that sleeps 2. Enjoy a kayak trip on the lake or spend hours in the hammock.
