Aboyne Cottage—Peaceful Oasis in Quiet Cul-De-Sac

Pluck lemons from the tree and pick herbs from the planters for use in a tasty dish to enjoy in the cool and shaded courtyard. The bright and airy cottage interior has high vaulted ceilings, together with a selection of books and magazines to read to enjoy in the bed made up with 400TC luxury linen. Battery backed up Wi-Fi and additional lights for surviving load shedding. No smoking allowed on property. Guests have own cottage with a private, shady courtyard. Herbs in planters in courtyard and dart board are available for guests to use as well as lemons on own lemon tree. We're an international family consisting of a South African, a New Zealander and a Norwegian. One of us will always be available on our phones and we're happy to chat and share a G&T on our porch if our guests are up for it! This guesthouse is in a quiet neighbourhood, about 15 minutes by car from town and near to vibrant Harfield. Closer still, the village offers a farm stall, butchery, and supermarket within a short walk, plus coffee shops and lots of restaurants. We always recommend uber for short term stays in Cape Town but there is an off-street sheltered parking available if needs be. 10 minute walk to Kenilworth train station and 2 minute walk from Main Road with frequent taxi buses in both directions. Servicing of cottage and laundry can be done on request. Continental breakfast can be provided on request.

Lovely rooms (with 3 other similar rooms) with en-suite bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Kliprivier Cottage is nestled within vineyards and surrounded by the beautiful Stettyn mountains. We are completely off-grid with solar electricity, so it's the perfect escape from the city where one can forget about load shedding and traffic for a while. We are just across the road from Stettyn Family Vineyards tasting room, where award winning wines and cheese platters can be enjoyed. We've got amazing MTB / running trials, as well as a beautiful dam to do some bass fishing and/or birding.

Obiekwa Country House is located in the picturesque, quaint village of Riebeek Kasteel; with its wine estates and gourmet restaurants. It is set in a quiet cul-de-sac and overlooking an adjoining vineyard. Although it is set in peaceful, rural surroundings, It is a fifteen minute walk to the village square. Leopard cottage is a quiet, newly finished and safe one bedroom self catering cottage located behind our house on a residential street in Franschhoek. You will have privacy on the covered stoop as you relax looking at the garden enjoying a meal and a glass of wine. A separate entrance to our cottage allows you to come and go as you please. Pepperpot Cottage in Paarl

Tranquil and serene, Pepperpot Cottage is a hidden gem situated in the historical centre of Paarl. The tiny 22 square meters is stylish and quaint with its own entrance and off street parking for one vehicle. It is completely private and guests are welcome to come and go at leisure. It has all the luxuries to make your stay relaxing and memorable with a lush view from the stoep across the garden, farm style pond and vegetable patch of our work in progress garden.

Riverside

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. At Safe and Sound Guesthouse, you can be certain of a peaceful rest. Our Guest flat is located conveniently between the Stellenbosch wineglass and the Cape Town City centre. It is also conveniently near many takeaway stores (McDonald's, KFC, Steers, etc), easy access for Uber eats and also convenient grocery stores that you can order online and also visit.

Blackwood Studio

A modern and beautifully decorated house, nestled in Hout Bay, with magnificent views of the mountain. This is a great place for singles or a couple. There is a queen bed that sleeps up to 2. Power outages are being experienced by SA but we have tried to minimalise the effect for our guests - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Comfortable cottge set in a beautiful indigenous garden. The cottage has all you need, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, sitting area and a patio that opens up onto the garden and pool which you are welcome to use. This is a perfect space if you are on business or on holiday. We are close to shopping centre's, the vineyards and greenbelt. This cottage is not suitable for children or toddlers.

Kai Cottage

Kai Cottage is a contemporary, stylish, light & relaxing space located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Constantia Hills. It is a self-catering 1 bed studio apartment with a shower bathroom, a well-fitted kitchen, a comfy lounge and a private balcony/garden courtyard. It is best suited for professionals and couples. It is an open plan area, therefore recommended for a maximum of 2 adults.
