Zwei dieser Apartments befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügen über eine Terrasse. Die vier anderen Apartments liegen im Obergeschoss und haben einen Balkon. Der Meerblick variiert leicht je nach Apartment, wie Sie auf den Bildern sehen können. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Capacity of the 3 villas is 24 persons.

All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
