Swimming pool: 8x5m heated from 01/06 to 15/09, underwater bike, jacuzzi, TV, treadmill, darts, pinball machine, table football, 2 bar arcade games, table tennis, shuffleboard, badminton… and the garden.

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. You will undoubtedly appreciate its private and exclusive swimming pool.

Access is facilitated by the fact that it is located an 8-minute drive from exit 25 of Highway A 10.
