Beautiful and peaceful place walking distance from the restaurants, breweries and all other local attractions. Each bedroom has its own bath and the kitchen and living room will accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Parking right in front and access to a one car garage for those snowy winters. You will enjoy a private patio with BBQ, dining table and lounging area, shaded for the summer.

It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river. Also, many downtown events and happenings are located within 1- 2 miles from our house. The airport is just 3 miles from our home.
