Beautiful sea view and panoramic view of the bay

Venez profiter d'un logement élégant et central qui offre une vue panoramique sur la baie de Douarnenez et le port du Rosmeur. L'appartement est situé au quatrième étage d'une petite résidence standing (sans assenceur) Tout se fait à pied, bars et restaurants à proximité, balade sur les sentiers, criques pour se baigner, sans oublier le marché des halles et les petites venelles qui font le charme de notre centre-ville. Vous n'aurez qu'à sortir pour profiter des plus beaux coins de Douarnenez.

Appartement avec grande terrasse couverte offrant une vue mer splendide. Accès direct à la plage des Sables Blancs et ses activités nautiques. La Thalasso Valdys juste à côté. Accès au Gr34 pour de superbes randonnées. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. 3ème et dernier étage dans une résidence de standing sécurisé avec piscine ouverte du 15/06 au 30/09 , Wi-Fi, parking privé en sous-sol, ascenseurs. Sentier piétonnier menant au port de plaisance. Idéal pour découvrir notre belle région.

From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. Welcome to Douarnenez, the city with 3 ports (Port du Rosmeur, Port Rhu and Port de Tréboul). Our apartment is conveniently located on the quays of the Port du Rosmeur with its cafes, restaurants, and warm atmosphere. You also have a beach where you can swim. The city center, Les Halles, the bus, are within a 5-minute walk. An unmissable walk awaits you from the apartment: the Plomarc'h coastal path that connects the Port du Rosmeur to Ris Beach.

Beautiful 180 m2 villa with sea view, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, with large living spaces, equipped terraces (ground floor and upstairs), 5 minutes from the beach and the thalassotherapy center. 2000 m2 garden, portico with slide and swings. The house is fully equipped and has TV, audio, Wi-Fi. Ideal home for family vacations or groups of friends. Our villa is the starting point for many walks on the coastal trails, the beach, the ports.

This quiet home is set in the heart of a popular Douarnenez neighborhood. Close to all shops (including the market, bakeries, cheese shop, butcher shop) and restaurants. Only a two minute walk to the marina and ten minutes walking to the first beach (accessible via a coastal pedestrian path). Practical modalities: Private parking, linens and towels are provided. It has a terrace with a very nice view of the marina.

The apartment is located in the heart of Douarnenez, an ideal location for a very nice vacation, everything is within walking distance: port museum, city center, beach, shops, cafes and restaurants with terraces, Tourist Office 500 m away. On the third floor of a secure residence with a bird's eye and panoramic view of the entire Port Rhu. The apartment is large and very bright. Wi-Fi with fiber optics.

You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage.
